Refund policy

SUPPLIER CONDITIONS:

For products labelled "Fast Delivery":
- Products are covered by an estimated delivery date.
- If the order is late, compensation may be available according to the applicable supplier conditions.
- If an item arrives damaged, a refund may be requested.
- If tracking indicates that the package was lost in transit, a refund may be requested.
- If a package is not delivered within 60 days after shipment, a refund may be requested.
- If a package arrives later after a refund for non-delivery or loss, the customer may keep the item without returning it.
- Customs delays, inspections, strikes and government actions may extend the estimated delivery and refund dates.

For products without the "Fast Delivery" label:
- If the package is not delivered within the applicable delivery-protection period (60, 75, 90 or 120 days depending on the shipping conditions), a refund may be available.
- According to the supplier conditions, the customer may be able to keep the item without returning it.

Returns:
- Items may be eligible for return during the applicable order protection period.
- The supplier may offer a free first return for eligible orders.
- If a returned product has been used, damaged or is missing parts/accessories, the refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in value.

IMPORTANT:
Create the POFAY policy so that it clearly explains that customers must contact POFAY first regarding returns, damaged products, incorrect products, lost packages or refund requests.

Do not promise benefits that POFAY cannot guarantee independently.
Do not state that every product automatically has "Fast Delivery" or "Free Returns".
Make clear that eligibility depends on the product, supplier, shipping method and applicable order conditions.

Do not include AliExpress-specific sections about:
- 30-day price adjustment
- AliExpress payment security
- AliExpress privacy policy
- AliExpress account procedures

Those are AliExpress policies and are not part of POFAY's customer return policy.

Write the final policy in professional, natural English.
Make it simple, transparent and trustworthy.
Use clear headings and short paragraphs.

Also make the policy easy for me to edit later if my supplier conditions change.
